Multi-layer pressurized cardboard structure enhances scratch resistance
High-density corrugated cardboard is used, and the structure is more compact after three-layer pressurization and hot pressing process. Compared with traditional honeycomb cardboard or single-layer corrugated cardboard, the multi-layer structure has stronger tear and pressure resistance. The outer paper layer is reinforced with a special coating to form a physical protective barrier, which is not easy to break or damage even if the cat scratches for a long time.
The cardboards are bonded at high temperature with non-toxic and environmentally friendly glue, which is firmly bonded and not easy to delaminate. The unique interlayer texture arrangement reduces stress concentration to a certain extent, effectively disperses the scratching force, and improves overall durability.
Surface reinforcement coating improves moisture resistance
In order to cope with the challenges of humid environments, the outer paper surface is treated with a food-grade waterproof coating. This coating can effectively block the penetration of moisture in the air without affecting the degradability of the cardboard. The coating thickness is controlled below 25 microns, taking into account the moisture-proof performance and material breathability, and avoiding the problem of cardboard becoming stuffy and soft due to excessive sealing.
The waterproof coating has passed SGS and REACH certification to ensure that it is non-toxic and harmless to cats licking. The surface still retains a certain amount of friction, which is both non-slip and does not affect the cat's scratching experience when using it.
Modular buckle structure maintains stability
The cardboard cat house adopts an innovative modular buckle splicing structure, replacing the traditional tape and nailing method, making the overall structure more stable. It is not easy to loosen or deform under the cat's jumping, scratching and other actions. The interlocking design between modules forms a "closed loop of force", which can quickly disperse the pressure under the action of external force, avoiding the collapse of the overall structure caused by damage to a single node.
Even if the local area is scratched and damaged, the modular design makes it easy to replace local components without replacing the entire part, saving costs and extending the service life of the cat house.
Precision cutting process improves the tightness of splicing
Use high-precision CNC die-cutting equipment to ensure that the cutting error of each cardboard does not exceed 0.5 mm, and improve the bite accuracy between each component. The higher the tightness, the larger the contact area between the cardboards, the higher the structural strength, and effectively resists deformation.
At the same time, the rounded chamfer design prevents sharp edges from absorbing moisture and softening, effectively preventing structural collapse or delamination from the corners.
Special moisture-proof gasket optional accessories are provided
In order to cope with extreme humidity environments such as the return of the south wind and the plum rain season in the south, the product can be equipped with a special moisture-proof gasket. The gasket is made of EVA waterproof foam material and can be placed between the bottom of the cardboard and the ground to form a moisture-proof layer to prevent ground moisture from directly penetrating into the cardboard structure, further extending the service life of the cat house.
When used indoors, it can be placed at the bottom together with a silica gel desiccant bag to form a closed moisture-proof micro-environment, which is particularly effective for users living in a high humidity environment.
