The packaging box design is strictly customized according to the size and structural characteristics of the cardboard cat house to avoid the movement of products in the box due to excess space. Reasonable size matching improves the stability of transportation stacking and reduces deformation caused by squeezing or uneven stacking.
By scientifically planning the stacking height and weight distribution, the balance of goods inside the container is guaranteed, and the deformation and indentation of the bottom product caused by excessive pressure is reduced.

Humidity monitoring and protection measures during transportation
Use visual humidity indicator cards or intelligent temperature and humidity recorders to monitor the changes in environmental humidity during transportation in real time. The loading process uses shockproof air cushions or inflatable bags to isolate and buffer the goods to avoid direct friction and collision between goods. The pallet and fixed straps are reasonably designed to ensure the stability of the carton position and prevent the box from being deformed due to transportation bumps.
Before loading, simulate the loading plan, optimize the loading order and the angle of cargo placement, improve the safety factor during transportation, and protect the cardboard cat house intact.

Strict storage environment control
The warehouses of cardboard cat houses are equipped with advanced constant temperature and humidity systems to keep the ambient humidity at 45%-55% and the temperature at around 20°C to prevent the cardboard from softening or mildewing due to environmental factors.
The warehouse floor is moisture-proof, cleaned and disinfected regularly to prevent mold growth. The goods are stacked on elevated pallets to avoid direct contact with ground moisture and extend the service life of the cardboard cat house during the storage stage.

Waterproof spray treatment on the surface of the packaging box
The surface of the outer box is sprayed with a special waterproof spray to form a protective film. The spray material is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and has passed international certification. It can effectively prevent rain, accidental water spills during transportation, etc. from causing the box to get damp, and it is also convenient for later recycling.
